About these terms

These terms apply when you request a quotation or place an order with Intaba Trading (Private) Limited through this website. Nothing in them affects the rights you have under Zimbabwean law.

Quotations and prices

Quotations are in US dollars. Prices shown on the website are indicative until Intaba confirms them. A quotation confirms the products, pack sizes, prices and delivery arrangements for your order.

Your shortlist and enquiries

Adding a product to your shortlist or sending an enquiry does not reserve stock or place an order.

Orders and availability

An order is accepted when Intaba confirms it. If a product is not available, Intaba will tell you and agree an alternative with you, or refund anything you have paid for it.

Delivery and collection

Intaba contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery to your farm or collection from its Harare depot.

Using the products

Confirm the exact formulation and the locally applicable label with the Intaba team before you buy, and follow the product label for approved use.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty products

If a product arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or you believe it is faulty, contact Intaba on +263 782 645 199 or sales@intabatrading.com before using it. Keep the product and its packaging. Intaba will agree the next step with you, such as a replacement, a credit or a collection.
