Who is responsible

Intaba Trading (Private) Limited, 4 Bantry Road, Alexandra Park, Harare, Zimbabwe, is responsible for the details you share through this website. The website runs on Wix, which stores and processes those details for Intaba.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, Intaba receives the details you enter so its team can respond about products, agronomic support or brand partnerships. Required fields are marked on the form. You do not need to include sensitive personal information.

Your Intaba account

Signing in runs on a secure Wix sign-in page, so your password never reaches this website. When you add your details, Intaba keeps your name, email, role, organisation, district, province, phone number, interests and anything else you choose to tell us, so the right colleague answers you. You can update them from your account at any time.

Messages

Messages you send from your account go to Intaba's team inbox, where colleagues read and reply to them.

Bookings, courses, events and communities

When you request a farm visit or a call, start a course, register for an event or join a community, Intaba receives the details it needs to arrange it and to follow up with you.

Orders and quotations

If you place an order, checkout and payment run on Wix's secure checkout. Intaba receives your order, contact and delivery details so it can confirm your order and arrange delivery or collection. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this website.

Website services

Essential session and security technologies operate the website, your account, the cart and the forms. Sending an enquiry or opening an account does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your product shortlist

The shortlist is saved in your browser on your device. It is included in an enquiry only when you choose to request a quotation and send the form. You can remove products using the shortlist controls or clear your browser's site data.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp, maps and brand resources open on external services. Those services handle information under their own policies. You choose whether to continue on those services and send a message.

How long details are kept

Intaba keeps your details for as long as it needs them to respond to you, provide what you asked for and meet its legal and accounting obligations.
